Westfall Technik is actively seeking to acquire businesses with revenues of $5 million to $75 million in North America, Central America, and Europe across the injection molding value chain specializing in (i) low- to high-volume production, (ii) prototype molding and tooling, (iii) injection mold makers, (iv) design and engineering, (v) subassembly and final assembly, and (vi) other complementary, technology-driven companies. We are especially interested in companies whose revenues are at least 75% concentrated in one of our core end markets – healthcare and consumer packaged goods.
